2. Description of Service

LaunchPilot is an AI-powered social media scheduling and marketing automation platform designed for indie developers and small teams. The Service generates content using artificial intelligence, schedules posts across social media platforms, and provides analytics on your marketing efforts.

3. Accounts

To use LaunchPilot, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Providing accurate and complete information during registration
• All activity that occurs under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Social Media Accounts

LaunchPilot connects to third-party social media platforms (such as X, LinkedIn, Bluesky, and Mastodon) through OAuth authorization. By connecting your social media accounts:

• You authorize LaunchPilot to post content on your behalf according to your configured schedule
• You understand that OAuth tokens are stored securely and encrypted at rest
• You may disconnect any social media account at any time through your account settings
• You are responsible for complying with each platform's terms of service

5. AI-Generated Content

LaunchPilot uses artificial intelligence to generate marketing content, including social media posts, captions, and hashtags. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your audience
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before it is published
• LaunchPilot is not liable for any consequences arising from AI-generated content that you choose to publish
• You retain ownership of content you create or modify using the Service

6. Billing

LaunchPilot offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing:

• You authorize recurring charges at the beginning of each billing cycle
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice sent to your registered email

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaunchPilot and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that social media posts will always be published successfully.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
